In the first month, Lee will interview you about what your goals are, and obtain from you the passwords she need to get into your site. She will also verify that your domain host allows for optimization - some do not, except at premium rates. You and she will set up an anniversary date, and then each month thereafter, on approximately that date, Lee will study how your website is performing, and suggest enhancements to be made to improve the site for sales and traffic. With your approval, these will be done.
